Shift21 is not promoted as being "better than" any of these other programs. Instead, we offer a vision and an approach that reflects our perception of how to address the most urgent needs in our world today. We do not see our way as the "right" way. We see it as the most effective way for us to share what we have to offer to people who want to make a real tangible difference in the world.

The awareness potentiel which is equal and already complete within each of you coming to the program. We realize that "teaching" you a belief system or willfully undoing the one you carry can in no way serve you. Instead, we offer tools of introspection and contemplation that allow you to tap into your own intelligence, into your own inquiring mind, innate wisdom, emotional resilience and literacy, and intellectual creativity. This is done on an individual basis and as a group process, which allows you to see your own uniqueness, but also your likeness to others; how their story is your story and their difficulty is your difficulty, and there is nothing to be afraid of anymore. With this, you can emerge with authentic experience of self-awareness and be of true benefit in your field of passion, fully able to make your own life in a beautiful way.
